Are there rules for play?
Playtime targets up to the age of 7, however older siblings are welcome to play as well
Waiver is required before playing
No shoes or socks in the sandbox
Parents/Guardians must supervise their kiddos (no drop offs allowed)
No food, drinks, candy or gum in or around the sandbox
No throwing Sand or burying kiddos
No running, climbing, yelling, grabbing or wrestling
Toys and sand must stay INSIDE the sandbox
Only The Sandbox toys are allowed, no toys brought from home
Wash hands after using the restroom and eating
What are your cleaning practices?
Our main goal is to provide a safe, clean space for you kiddos to play. We have a no food or drink policy in the sandboxes. We also routinely clean our sand and toys with a vinegar-based water solution and rake often to to fluff and aerate the sand. We also have dedicated dust filtration systems to eliminate any particles in the air.
We use ethically and sustainably harvested sand from the crystal-clear oceans of the Bahamas derived from Aragonite which naturally forms on a continuous basis, making it a renewable resource and it's 100% dust free!
Are parents allowed in The Sandbox?
Of course! We encourage family play time, to enrich imagination and bonding experiences. Our imported Bahamas sand invokes both family vacation memories, as well as provides a perfect medium for children to play and get creative!
Can we bring our own food?
While we do sell an assortment of snacks, beverages and gourmet coffee you are more than welcome to bring food from home. We do ask you abide by our rules and keep food and drink away from our sandboxes.
What is included in birthday parties?
We provide an immersive birthday experience for your construction team! We have a number of different packages to provide flexibility, from a basic themed party to a full pizza party! We source our baked goods from a local baker with unique designs and flavor choices for cakes and cupcakes. We ask that you do not bring your own food and snacks for birthdays, as we include setup and cleanup and find is most time efficient keeping in mind we host parties throughout the day. Is there Wifi?
We offer free high speed wifi, as well as parent locations with charging stations that can also work as work stations with eyes on the sandbox if need be for those multi-tasking heroes!
